We are inviting candidates for the position of:

 

 

Administrative Executive

Reporting to the Human Resource Manager, the Administrative Executive will assist in carrying out daily general administrative duties.


Roles & Responsibilities:


·        Responsible for general administrative matters, including inbound phone calls & mails

·        Maintain the functional running of office premises & facilities as well as liaise with building management when need be

·        Vendor management: procurement of all office supplies and related materials

·        Managing company assets (computer, printer and etc)

·        Maintain office security & access

·        IT support (coordination with IT help desk)

·        Supporting Covid related measures such as managing ART kits

·        Travel Management (flights, visas, accommodations)

·        Assist HR department with application of employment work passes and visas

·        Assist in planning and running of company meetings & events when necessary

·        Review team building activities to help develop team well-being with the goal

·        Generate Attendance report and ensure the accuracy of data

·        Provide secretarial support to the Management and submission of expense claims for CEO and MD

·        Other adhoc duties assigned by the Management

 

 

Desired Experience & Skills:

 

·        Minimum GCE “O” levels & above

·        Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in office administrative / secretarial work

·        Professional English proficiency (both spoken and written)

·        Proven knowledge and skills in all office administrative and clerical processes and procedures

·        Displayed skills in anticipating and managing office/ senior management’s needs

·        Good working knowledge of Microsoft office is essential

·        Must be a team player & able to work independently with 100% responsibility and accountability

·        Ability to practice discretion on confidential matters

·        Cheerful & fun-loving disposition
