Responsibilities
  • The Key Account Manager is responsible for identifying, developing, winning and maintaining business with key Customers to achieve and maintain preferred supplier status for the appropriate Business Line
  • Oversee and supervise warehouse operation team to ensure day-to-day smooth operation.
  • Responsible in improving process and plan for warehouse operation.
  • Acting as the main point of contact between key clients (mainly Koreans) and internal teams.
  • Compiling reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for account teams and stakeholders.
  • Developing a thorough understanding of key clients' needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions.
  • Negotiating contracts with key clients and meeting established deadlines for the fulfilment of each client's long-term goals.
  • Adhere to all Company Operating Procedures and ensure that employees are following company SOPs and regulations
  • Provide inputs for strategic business planning as required
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management or any other related field discipline
  • Candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in Logistics industry
  • Candidate must have experience in logistics duties including order management, warehousing, last mile delivery and customer service
  • Candidate must have comprehensive understanding of Warehouse Operations and supply chain management
  • Candidate must be proficient in Korean language to liaise with Korean speaking clients.
