Responsibilities 

• Perform primary research, keeping abreast of trends in sector and sentiment in the market
• Analyse data to identify emerging opportunities and risks for sector and stocks
• Build and maintain financial models (company, industry, macro)
• Publish Company Initiations, Thematic Research Pieces (eg. Sectoral/ Company Specific) and Financial Updates (quarterly / semi-annually)
• Support and provide inputs into team publications
• Facilitate in research partnership with Korean brokerage firm

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or above, preferably in Accounting/Finance/Economics or related discipline;
• Excellent communication and analytical skills, meticulous;
• Motivated team player and self-starter. Able to work under pressure with strong interest in investing/ financial markets
• Strong oral and written communication skills in Korean and English/advanced communication skills in Chinese
