Ness Display Singapore Pte Led, one of the world’s leading manufacturing companies in the development of innovative organic light emitting diode (OLED) technology for future generations of flat panel displays, is presently looking for suitably qualified individual to fill the following position in their Singapore plant: OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE Responsibilities: • Provides support to the Head of Department as well as managing the administrative function of the department • Prepares correspondences, minutes taking and collation of reports for the department • Conducts translations of Korean documents to English language Requirements: • A degree holder • At least 2 years of administrative experience from a manufacturing industry • Ability to speak and write Korean language • Highly proficient in MS Office • Must be matured and confident • Ability to liaise with personnel of all levels and cultures • Preference will be given to those who are Singapore citizens or hold relevant residence status.
