Job description
 - Proactive investigation of contracts and order compliance issues and communication of resolution requirements
     in order to minimize sales/ operations “broken or invalid deal” related issues in a timely and accurate manner
 - Deal review prior to submission to check for potential processing breaks, including but not limited to the following:
 - Current documents utilized and signed by customer
 - Document fields completed
 - Customer signature and date
 - Approval requirements for standard program deviations
 - Pre- Payment scenarios
 - Discounting calculations
 - Provision of deal support including partner and field problem solving and support of all Services program offerings
 - Maintenance of operational metrics and SLA’s at agreed level
 - Identification of any productivity and quality improvement measures
 - Working closely with appropriate resources within the Programs to continuously meet and exceed customer needs
 - Triage with internal groups: Mail; Lync; Phone etc.
 - Inquiry and Escalation Management
 - Prioritization Management
 - Exception Management
 - Adherence to business processes (workflow management)
 

Skills/ Experience Required:
 - A third level qualification is desirable, preferably within a business or language discipline
 - A minimum of 2 years demonstrated work experience in a hi- tech customer service function
 - Existing knowledge of Microsoft Programs, processes and tools is preferable
 - Strong analytical and problem solving ability
 - Ability to work effectively as part of a team
 - High level of professionalism, representing the company positively and appropriately in all situations
 - Ability to coordinate and manage conflicting priorities
 - Excellent organisational and time management skills
 - Advanced communication skills to deal with various stakeholders- team members, sponsors, senior leadership, customer and other program stakeholders
 - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
 - Flexibility at peak business periods
 - Excellent command of the English language (written & oral)
