내용 Our client is a well established Dutch MNC providing international Information and Communications Technology services.  They are on a lookout for a highly dynamic individual to join them as Helpdesk Specialist Responsibilities =============== - This is a desk bound position, which you are required to provide first level technical support to help customers through phone - You are expected to provide timely responses to enhance quality customer experience and handle high call rate during peak hours - Provide statistics and information on the nature of calls and the customers issues, especially when there are new promotions and product launches - Responsible for all calls assigned to from opening until closure - Responsible for all pending calls to be pro-actively monitored and being executed - Responsible for communication changes to customer / users and engineers - Responsible for analysing pending calls and actions taken to get these calls out of suspension - Make sure that calls will be acted upon and resolved within the contacted SLA times. - Provide 1st level resolution on Windows/Novell/Louts/Network and Service Request - Vendor Coordination - Meeting Minutes Generation Requirements ============= - Diploma in Information Technology, Computing - 2 years experience in a service industry preferably in Call Centre environment - Good phone manner with a pleasant voice as well as attentive listening and communication skills - Must be conversant in MS office suite - Knowledge of Lotus Notes will be an advantage - Good command of spoken and written English and Korean - Candidates with customer service experience are preferred Remuneration ============= Salary range from S$2.8K to S$3.2K + Performance Bonus (year-end) 14 days of Annual Leave, 14 days of Medical Leave and 60 days of Hospitalization Leave Working Hour : Monday to Friday (0830 to 1730) * No shift is required Location : Central If you are keen on this position, please contact me, Linda @62212340 or send resume to Linda_lee@kellyservices.com.sg for further details.
