This is just a reminder that we will be having our regularly scheduled Men's League practice Thursday from 7pm to 9pm at the Kallang Baseball Diamonds. This open to anyone and everyone, not just the men's league participants. Come out and get some throwing and hitting in! THF's professional coaching staff is here to help you become more athletic than you buddies. It's pay as you go, just $15 per hour. 

 

Here's the plan for this week: 

 

7pm - Warm up and throw 

7:20pm - INF and OF Drills and Fungos / Optional Bullpens 

7:40pm - Break plus switch groups 

8:00pm - Break + Set up for BP

8:05pm - Batting Practice 

8:55pm - Clean up and Close
